IG DMer is an internal tool used to manage our own Instagram accounts. It is not offered to the public.

What we collect

• When you comment on our posts or message our account, Instagram sends us your Instagram-scoped ID, username, the comment or message text, and whether you follow our account.
• If you choose to share it in a conversation, your email address.
• Whether you open links we send you.

How we use it

Only to reply to your comments and messages, send you what you asked for, and measure how our posts and messages perform. We do not sell or share your data with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Raw webhook logs are deleted after 30 days. Contact records are kept until you ask us to delete them.
